QUOTES
I enjoyed this piece. Very interesting. I felt the dialogue was very well done. The intercuts to the notes were good. (M.B.)

Your writing is, as always, lean and visual, your characters sharply drawn. I was intrigued and pulled into the mystery right off, but felt unsettled by the end. You are one of the best writers around here, and I enjoy your style. (J.D.)

I liked the ending, and the motif of the clock. Time being frozen etc. And the question lingering at the end of what lies in the great beyond... (J.H.)

The basic idea is good and very topical because of course this is something quite contemporary. (V.S)

Very dark, suspenseful and foreboding story. I enjoyed it from start to finish. Would serve as a very good script for a learning director to shoot to capture high emotion on film. High marks. CHARACTERS: Excellent job of creating a vision of Kevin and Frait. I could "see" them as I read. A difficult task in short scripts. DIALOGUE: Intelligently written with no excess baggage to bog it down. Tight. Very well done. PLOT: Had no idea what was happening until the end. Great job of creating a suspenseful atmosphere. I particularly like the use of a clock to build tension. ACTION DESCRIPTIONS: Right on the money. FORMAT/ TECHNICAL: This screenplay is written to industry standards and could serve as a textbook example for new writers. (S.E.L.)
